Selenium-based brand protection and brand-lift reporting: automatically monitors where a brand appears online, flags unauthorised or misleading use, and turns the findings into reports that show how brand presence changes over time.

What I built

  • Owned the backend: Django REST Framework APIs for configuring brands, keywords, and monitoring jobs, and for serving report data to the frontend
  • Built Selenium automation that collects listings, search results, and brand mentions on a schedule, with retries and logging for slow or changing pages
  • Validated and de-duplicated the collected data into brand-protection reports (possible infringements) and brand-lift reports (visibility over time)
  • Deployed and ran the services and scheduled crawls on AWS
